Shaun completed his Articles of Clerkship with the firm in 2006.

He is a valuable member of the firm’s highly regarded personal injury department. His practice areas include WorkCover claims (including Statutory Benefit and Common Law matters), asbestos claims against manufacturers and employers including on the behalf of workers suffering from the diseases mesothelioma and asbestosis, Occupiers/Public Liability claims as well as in Criminal Law.

Shaun is a committee member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance Victorian Branch, a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and a member of the Gippsland Asbestos Related Diseases Support Group.

He is a keen footballer and enjoys long distance running.
