Penny completed her combined Arts/Law Degree with Honours at the University of Melbourne in 2001.

She was admitted to practise in 2003 and specialises in employment and industrial law. She is a member of the Law Institute of Victoria Workplace Relations Section's Discrimination Law Committee.

During her degree Penny volunteered at various community legal services and now volunteers at the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre.

At university, Penny was an editor of the Melbourne University student union newspaper Farrago and she has also acted as editor of our firm’s Client Update newsletter.
