Ron is group Managing Partner for Ryan Carlisle Thomas and its regional partner firm, Stringer Clark, responsible for 21 offices and 170 staff across metropolitan and regional Victoria.

Admitted to practice in 1979, Ron works predominantly in personal injury matters and common law claims.

Ron is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance, the Consumer Law Committee of the Law Council of Australia, Law Institute of Victoria Accident Compensation Committee, Law Council of Australia Legal Management Section and the Victorian WorkCover Authority Legal Liaison Group. He is involved with numerous organisations associated with the personal injuries field and law office management.
