Before the merger with Ryan Carlisle Thomas, Richard Morrow grew the law firm Stringer Clark into one of Victoria’s major regional legal practices. He is now a consultant within RCT. As a barrister and solicitor, Richard has developed an expertise in injury law, industrial relations, family law, and planning. He has served on numerous government advisory bodies primarily on issues to do with injury and compensation.

Locally, Richard has advised various community and labour organisations within the Portland area.

Before becoming a lawyer, Richard was a wool handler, storeman and packer, then a primary producer. When he’s not practising law, he indulges his interest in sustainable farming, raising cattle on his farm at Bambra.
