Richard is a Partner of the firm, practising in the areas of WorkCover, transport accidents and criminal law in our Dandenong, Cranbourne and Frankston offices.

Richard is a member of the Workers Compensation Special Interest Group and the Transport Accident Special Interest Group and so has a deep understanding of the trauma experienced by injury victims. He has also recently been appointed to the Victorian Committee of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the Law Institute of Victoria’s Accident Compensation Committee.

Before joining RCT, Richard worked in the automotive industry and the metal trades. It gave him first-hand knowledge of health and safety issues in the workplace.
