One of the company’s founding Partners in 1972, Orm continues to act as a consultant to our firm.

Orm has a distinguished legal career, representing clients in significant cases both in the industrial arena and in common law proceedings. Most recently, he conducted important litigation for the sacked judges of the Accident Compensation Tribunal in Victoria.

He is regarded as one of the leading experts in union rules matters and has been responsible for drafting many of the rules under which Australian unions operate.
