Mark Mitchell

Mark joined RCT in 2008. He works out of our Melbourne and Ballarat offices and also visits Castlemaine and Ararat regularly. Admitted to practice in 1998, Mark has acted for injured workers in Ballarat and surrounding areas for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in all aspects of WorkSafe claims, including Serious Injury applications and Industrial Common Law actions. He also has expertise in Public Liability claims.

Mark is a member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance and the Law Institute of Victoria.
