Shaun completed his Articles of Clerkship with the firm in 2006 and was appointed a Partner in 2012.

He is a Personal Injuries Accredited Specialist and a valuable member of the firm’s highly regarded personal injury department. His practice areas include WorkSafe claims (including Statutory Benefit and Common Law matters), Occupiers/Public Liability claims and Criminal Law as well as in asbestos claims against manufacturers and employers including on the behalf of workers suffering from the diseases mesothelioma and asbestosis.

Shaun is a committee member of the Australian Lawyers Alliance Victorian Branch, a member of the Law Institute of Victoria and a member of the Gippsland Asbestos Related Diseases Support Group.

He is a keen footballer and enjoys long distance running.
