Mark is a Partner of the firm and heads up our Leicester Street office. Specialising in employment matters such as unfair dismissals, disciplinary tribunal hearings and employment contract claims, Mark has also represented clients in criminal and coronial matters.
Being qualified in the law and in commerce, Mark has undertaken commercial and general litigation on behalf of clients, including contractual disputes. Matters to do with professional negligence also interest him.
Mark is passionate about environmental issues and public policy.
