Portland toxic leak - class action

Register your interest

Stringer Clark Lawyers is investigating the circumstances surrounding the leak of toxic chemicals that occurred in Portland earlier this year.

Local Portland lawyer and Partner, John Cramp, said the leak shut down a key part of the central business district in Portland, causing major inconvenience to business people, tourists and residents alike.

The firm is calling on business owners, tourism operators and others who feel they have suffered potential economic losses, such as loss of income, as a result of the leak to register their interest in joining a class action for compensation.
